Every Westbagz piece is handcrafted to order, so please allow time for your bag to be made and shipped.

Processing time: 1–3 business days
Shipping time: 10–20 business days (handcrafted-to-order items may take a little longer during busy periods)
Total estimated delivery: 2–4 weeks

Because each bag is made individually, we appreciate your patience — good things take time, and we'd rather send you something we're proud of.

Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping promotions may apply and will be shown at checkout.

Tracking: A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow 3–5 days for tracking to update after dispatch.

Delays: Occasionally carriers, customs, or high-demand periods cause delays outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, contact us at weststepz.help@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

Wrong or incomplete address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
