REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Every Westbagz bag is handcrafted to order, made individually just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size choice, or buyer's remorse.
Returns are only accepted if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
If your bag arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, email us at weststepz.help@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Once verified, we'll send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You won't pay any return shipping for a damaged or incorrect item.
Not eligible for return or refund:
- Change of mind
- Ordered the wrong colour or style
- "It looks slightly different than expected" — as each bag is handcrafted, minor natural variations in tooling, colour, and finish are normal and not considered defects
- Items damaged through normal use, misuse, or after 48 hours
Refunds (approved cases only):
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before your bag enters production. Email us right away at weststepz.help@gmail.com.
